Rubio Monocoat High Traffic Protection creates a hard protective topcoat that offers extra protection for wood floors in heavy commercial traffic areas treated with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus or Oil Plus 2C. The initial treatment - with undiluted product - can be done 36 hours after application of Monocoat Oil Plus or anytime thereafter. Oiled surfaces coated with High Traffic Protection should be cleaned periodically with a solution of High Traffic and water.
