Eco-Building Products assists northern Michigan small businesses in improving their energy efficiency. We perform building envelope and performance diagnostics and provide energy efficiency optimization recommendations.

Utilizing Level I, II and III energy assessments, we examine the building envelope and its vital organs, including heating and cooling, water usage and lighting.

If and when deficiencies are discovered, we recommend remediation that complies with the many programs offered through the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (Stimulus Package). These programs include but are not limited to:

  • Federal Income Tax Credit
  • Federal Government Grant
  • USDA Grant & Loan
  • Public Act 295′s Energy Smart Programs
  • Department of Energy, Energy Star Rebate Programs
  • Weatherization Assistance Programs
